Our primary data third party administrators are Every Action, Inc. and Donor Pro, which collects payment processing information and stores user personal data. Credit card information is not stored within the system, unless you are a recurring monthly donor.
How long we retain your data
For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile indefinitely until we are asked to remove your data from our list. Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have a FastAction profile, managed through our third party database processor, Every Action, on this site you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
